The Personal Information we collect is used for purposes including but not limited to providing you Services, including tutoring sessions, improving and personalizing your tutoring sessions, allowing you to review your own sessions, and contacting you and responding to questions about your account.

If users tell us that they do not wish to have this Personal ' Information used as a basis for further contact, we will respect those wishes.

If you apply for a job with us, we will collect additional information in connection with your application. This may include:

  • Name and contact information;
  • Resume, CV, cover letter, work experience, and education information;
  • Skills and licenses;
  • Reference-related information; and
  • Any other information that is publicly available or that you elect to provide to us, relating to your candidacy.

Information We Collect About Children

Any teen of age 14 - 18 years, parents or guardians have to sign up for tutoring them. A parent user may open an account on the website by creating an account with login credentials on our website. We will reject any applications that are not submitted by the parents or guardians. All new users must read and accept this Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions before registering an account.

We may collect the Personal Information described above about individuals of age 14 to 18 years from parents during the registration process, including demographic information (e.g., age, sex, etc.) to improve the functionality of the website, and provide our Services. In any instance where we collect Personal Information from the parents or guardians, we will not require you to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary for students to use our services, for us to provide and improve our services, and for the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy, and we will retain that information in identifiable form only as long as reasonably necessary to allow the child to use our services, ensure the security of our users, or as required by law.

If any parent or guardians choose to get Personal Information deleted of their respective one who falls in the age criteria of 14-18 years, then that person will no longer have an account with Ramraj Tech LLC and will no longer be able to use the services.
